My coaching program is 12 weeks long. It includes customized nutrition plans created based on your fitness goals, lifestyle and social/professional commitments. You will also receive customized cardiovascular training routines and strength training routines based on your experience and fitness level. In addition, you will receive weekly accountability, natural supplementation guide, cheat meal options, help with eating out when required, and 24/7 access to your coach for your burning questions.
Based on your progress, your nutrition and training routines are usually changed every week to gently challenge your body to progress and burn fat consistently. With my program in hand, you do not have to think what to eat and what workouts to complete. It is all done for a busy young professional like you.
My 12 week customized coaching program is specially created for young professionals. That means, it is designed for your lifestyle, your situation and fitness and nutrition goals. If you are a travelling professional, I will create your nutrition plans based on the foods that are available to you. Your strength training routine will be created and/or adjusted based on equipment that are available to you when traveling.
I coach and train my clients online. That means, you are not bounded by your location and geography. I have clients all over the world including other provinces in Canada, various parts of American, Bangladesh, Malaysia, London, UK and Dubai, UAE.
Yes, I provide 60 to 90 minutes in-person training session when you purchase my 12-week coaching program. I will show you the proper form of lifting weights so you feel comfortable and confident in executing your training routine.

I live in Ajax, Ontario and can meet you at a GoodLife Fitness location to give you a FREE demonstration of my 40 minute Hyper Fat Loss Training Routine. Please wear proper gym clothes, running shoes and remember to bring a bottle of water. There is no obligation to purchase my 12-week coaching program!
No, my 12-week coaching program is customized so I am able to structure a program based on equipment that are available to you. However, to receive the maximum benefit of my coaching program, it would be helpful to have access to a gym and/or a condo gym and/or cardio equipment (treadmill/elliptical) and some weights. If you do not have access to any of these, please contact me so I can guide you on what you can purchase under $50 (CAD).
