21-Day Weight Loss Challenge (not a Keto Diet) is designed for busy young professionals who are looking for definite results in transforming their body and breaking out of plateau. You will receive three (3) different diet plans designed for rapid weight loss. For the 21 Day Weight Loss Challenge, the meal prep time is approximately 12 to 15 minutes or less given that it is designed for busy professionals. Along with your diet plans, you will receive a supplementation guide so you can stay strong, increase metabolism and detox your body. So, you can start seeing results from week one!
You will receive three types of rapid fat burning full body and core exercises for each week with instructions and videos. You can do all the exercises at home or at a gym. When possible, you are recommended to exercise four days a week for 30 to 40 minutes sessions any time during the day.
Once you purchase the program, contact me and you will be added to my online fitness community, where I coach all the participants to be the best they can be both physically, mentally, and spiritually. You will be sharing this experience with like-minded individuals who are striving for the same goal.
